Charges filed in connection with Chiefs fans deaths

There’s news out of Kansas City today that two men have been charged in connection to the deaths of three Chiefs fans found dead in a backyard in K.C. in January 2024.

News Nation and Fox are reporting that Ivory J. Carson and Jordan Wills are charged with three counts of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in connection with the deaths.

Toxicology reports on the three showed evidence of fentanyl in their blood systems.

The three men who died were Ricky Johnson, 38; Clayton McGeeney, 36; and David Harrington, 37.
