Former licensed dog breeder in Stockton faces 12 misdemeanor counts

Twelve: That’s how many misdemeanor counts of animal abuse former licensed dog breeder Sarah Walborn of Stockton reportedly faces.

Animals reportedly involved include 42 dogs, two cats and seven kittens.

The Missouri Department of Agriculture took the lead in removing the animals after reports came in of animals in danger and dead animals at that site.

The Missouri Attorney General’s office also took part in the takedown.
