“Road Rage” shooting investigation underway in Neosho

UPDATE: A man from Goodman, Missouri, is facing four felony charges after being accused of a road rage incident Thursday.

Neosho Police say 31-year-old Anthony Keller was driving south on Highway 59, near Quince Road, where the highway narrows from two lanes down to one.

A probable cause statement claims Keller got agitated and ran his vehicle into the side of a pickup truck.

As they continued south, Keller allegedly grabbed his .357 magnum and fired it once at the truck, which penetrated the side window and went into the victim’s forearm.

Keller continued south as the victim turned around and drove to a Neosho hospital.

Detectives say Keller admitted to firing his gun at the victim.

He faces two felony counts of assault, and felony counts of unlawful use/discharge of a weapon charges.

He was booked into jail without bond.
