Teenage girl, pinned under UTV after crash in Christian County, seriously injured
There’s been another UTV crash.
This one happened on White Ash Road two miles west of Highlandville in Christian County around 8:43 Thursday evening.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says as the 2018 Can-Am UTV rounded a corner, it began to slide, then overturned.
One occupant – a 16-year-old girl- was partially ejected and pinned under the vehicle. She was seriously injured.
She was taken by air to a Springfield hospital.
The driver – a 16-year-old boy – had minor injuries.
He was taken by private car to the same hospital.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, to prevent identity theft, does not provide the the names of people involved in traffic and boating accidents.
